    "body": "<p><em>Brussels, Belgium &mdash; April 2026</em></p><p>Polymer Comply Europe has launched a dedicated e-learning platform providing comprehensive compliance guidance for companies subject to the REACH restriction on microplastics (EU 2023/2055) and the Pellet Loss Regulation (EU 2025/2365).</p><p>The platform, accessible at <a href=\"http://microplastics.polymercomplyeurope.eu/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>microplastics.polymercomplyeurope.eu</strong></a>, opens pre-registration today, with full access available from next week.</p><h4 id=\"background\" ><strong>Background</strong></h4><p>With the first mandatory <strong>ECHA emissions</strong> <strong>report due 31 May 2026</strong> - covering pellet losses incurred during 2025 - companies handling plastic pellets, flakes, or powders are under immediate pressure to document, estimate, and submit their data. Many organisations are navigating both regulations simultaneously for the first time, with limited operational guidance available to support implementation.</p><h4 id=\"about-the-training\" ><strong>About the Training</strong></h4><p>The <a href=\"https://microplastics.polymercomplyeurope.eu/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Polymer Comply Europe Microplastics Compliance Training</strong></a> was developed to bridge the gap between regulatory text and practical implementation.
