2024 Polymer Producers Awards: Vynova Takes Top Prize, Repsol Named Supplier of the Decade

The Polymers for Europe Alliance proudly unveiled the winners of the 2024 Polymer Producers Awards on 12 June during the prestigious EuPC Annual Event 2025, held in Brussels under the theme: “The Future of Plastics: Circular and Competitive.”
Bringing together leaders from across the plastics value chain, the event served as a platform for industry stakeholders and EU policymakers to tackle the pressing challenges of sustainability, innovation, and competitiveness. The Awards Ceremony, hosted during an exclusive gala dinner at the Marriott Grand Place Hotel, honoured the industry’s top-performing polymer suppliers as voted by European converters.
Overall Winner 2024: VYNOVA
Belgium-based Vynova was named the Overall Winner for 2024, receiving the highest recognition for Commitment to the European Market, the main theme of this year's edition, with 96% satisfaction score. Vynova also led the PVC category with an outstanding 94.44% satisfaction score.

Supplier of the Decade: REPSOL
Marking the 10th anniversary of the Awards, a special lifetime distinction was presented to Repsol, recognised as the Grand Winner of the Decade. Since the Alliance’s launch in 2015, Repsol has consistently stood out for quality, reliability, and long-term engagement with the European market.

“If the supply industry leaves Europe, converters are obviously next in line.” said Ron Marsh, Chairman of the Alliance, in his keynote. “We want to encourage policymakers to create conditions that help retain polymer production in Europe. These awards are a celebration of those suppliers who are willing to do just that.”
